Brewery Boys Lose Again in Bay League Match

The Union team defeated Hennessy’s Brewery Boys 5 to 2 at the Bay on Sunday. Pearme, despite stitches and a prior ban, pitched for the locals but received poor support. Rains and Hamilton sparked Brewery offense with key hits, while Union tied the game in the fourth and pulled away with three more runs in the fifth. Errors hurt the locals more than their own batting did, and Union benefited from several errors to seal the win.
