Sale of Stock Slow In Rain Marketing Co
Chicago June 19. Three offers of financial aid to title over the Grain Marketing company were reported to be before the board of directors. The firm must repurchase $4,000,000 worth of stock from five old line operators by July 28 under its contract. Dissolution was discounted though little stock of the new company had sold. Offers to finance would pay the $4,000,000 to operators and the company would repay with interest, five percent in one case, once Brock is disposed. Names of the financiers were not disclosed.
