Occupants Jump When Auto Struck By Train
Keokuk Iowa June 19 Only minor damages to the car were sustained when a south bound Burlington passenger train struck a coupe driven by Mrs Annie Bradley and her son Raymond of Edwood Pennsylvania on the Des Moines river bridge two miles south of Keokuk. The visitors were blinded by the train lights and drove too close to the crossing and jumped when they saw the path of the train. The car was damaged in the rear but neither passenger was hurt according to the railroad men.
