Church Delegates Attend Bynod Meeting in Atlantic City

Car Crash in Hightstown Involves Cranbury Man and Calf
John Barlow of Cranbury collides with a cow on North Main Street, Hightstown. The cow is fatally injured and killed. Barlow’s car sustains heavy front-end damage and he narrowly escapes being thrown from the vehicle.

Schultz Memorial Library Proposed for Cranbury
Cranbury residents learn Mrs Gertrude Schultz of New Bedford plans to build equip and endow a free public library to be named Schultz Memorial Library in Cranbury. The fireproof building would house her book collection and serve as a lasting town ornament. The project awaits Mrs Schultz commitment and construction progress. Central Local Union to Meet in Englishtown on Oct 30 1915 features a full program of services speakers and discussions at the Presbyterian Church.

Fire destroys farm residence near Monmouth Junction
A residence on a farm owned by R. J. Simon, located 1.5 miles south of Monmouth Junction, was completely destroyed Saturday evening. Fire started about 7:30. Volunteers from Cranbury Plainboro Monmouth Junction Kingston and nearby towns arrived too late. Origin unknown. Two Troop 123 soldiers camping near Dayton helped. one was badly burned while carrying out furniture. They then fought the outbuildings.
