The event featured witch decor, music cards light refreshments and a late supper followed by dancing.

Ladies Guild of First Church Serves Grand Meals

The Ladies Guild sustained a strong reputation on Tuesday by serving grand meals and a well attended supper for the general public. Proceeds, totaling 300 dollars, will fund chapel furnishings. Mrs H C Symmes chaired the supper committee with capable assistants ensuring satisfaction.

Mrs Mary B Perrine widow of John C Perrine died suddenly Friday night after an attack of heart trouble. She leaves three sons David Van Dyke and Arthur a daughter Airs Jane Dey one sister Mrs Lewis Stults and two brothers J Seward and Alfred. Funeral services were at her home Wednesday conducted by Rev Curry and interment in Brainerd Cemetery under A Cole Son & Co.

Dey Death at Hightstown Ends Quiet Life

William P. Dey died suddenly at his home in Hightstown on Saturday night. Survived by widow Sophie Duncan, funeral services were held at the late home on Thursday with interment in Brainerd Cemetery. A.S. Cole, Son & Co. in charge. Pupils listed as not absent or tardy during October across grades one through eight, naming numerous students by name.
