The Tonmouth Presbyterial Society of Foreign Missions held its fortieth annual meeting at the Manasquan Presbyterian Church with large attendance. Mrs. Ella Silvers Stults opened as president, luncheon followed, Miss Morton of Shanghai spoke, and Mrs. Smart sang. New officers include President Mrs. Ella Silvers Stults and multiple vice presidents, secretaries, and committee heads from Cranbury, Riverton, Lakewood, Shrewsbury, Beverly, Moorestown, Hightstown, Point Pleasant, and Jamesburg.

Wm. M. Cox fell twenty feet from the new house on his farm while carrying bricks for a chimney. He jumped onto scaffolding that collapsed, throwing him into timber and bricks but he only suffered bruises and scratches. Mrs. Morgan Bennett formerly of Cranbury Station died at Manasquan Sunday. She is survived by two sons Peter and Neal Bennett. The remains were interred in the Second Presbyterian cemetery of Cranbury Wednesday morning.

Frederick I. Stults aged 73 former Crasbury resident died at his South Amboy home Saturday evening after a long illness. A pensioned Pennsylvania Railroad employee he leaves a wife and five children Alfred of Philadelphia Kenneth Frederick Louis and Mrs. Louisa Agar all of South Amboy. He belonged to the Methodist Protestant Church and Rev. Frederick Craig conducted the funeral with interment at Cranbury Second Presbyterian cemetery under A. S. Cole Son & Co supervision.

Mrs. Jacob Rogers of Cranbury died Saturday at the Jamesburg home of her son in law William Crosby after four years of suffering during which she broke both hips. Active Methodist, she survived by her husband and three daughters Mrs Crosby Mrs Sallie Heath of Jamesburg and Mrs Wallace Cole of Windsor. Funeral services were held at the Crosby residence with interment in Jamesburg under A. B. Cole Son & Co direction.
