Agriculture boards meet in Eau Claire and Altoona
The state Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and the Land Conservation Board meet tonight at Midway Motor Lodge Eau Claire at 7 30 p m and hold a monthly session Thursday at the Altoona regional office 1727 Loring to consider changes in milk quality and frozen dessert standards set groundwater protection policy and review the 1983 85 budget for soil and water conservation and farmland preservation. The informal meeting includes a slide on no till planting and a report on Trempealeau County erosion control programs both sessions open to the public.
