Professor to retire after 30 years at River Falls

Dr. Marvin Thompson, longtime UW River Falls agricultural education chair, retires after 30 years observing a shift from production to agricultural business courses and increasing female participation. His career includes international development work, leadership in FFA honors, and community service. The retirement party coincides with homecoming.
