River Country RC&D outlines ambitious plan goals
The River Country Resource Conservation and Development Plan, printed for later distribution, presents an ambitious program from RC&D council coordinator Robert J. Felch. It combines government, private citizens and six area workshops to advance soil surveys, land use maps, watershed planning, groundwater studies, wetlands, wildlife recreation and wood resources across Chippewa Clark Polk counties through 1985 and beyond.
