Former Dunn ag agent leaving Waushara post
Wautoma Waushara County Agent Milo Olson has been relieved of duties by the county board's agriculture and extension committee and will be transferred to another extension position effective July 17. Olson, who led Dunn County farm management before taking Waushara duties about 20 years ago, was told he would not be retained as county agent. The move, supported by the university extension director, cites interpersonal issues with both professional and nonprofessional staff. Olson, a tenured associate professor, will remain in extension in a new assignment expected by mail last week.
