A UW Extension dairyman will speak January 13 at State Bank of Fall Creek from 1 30 to 3 30 p m. The fines were imposed December 29 in Dane County Circuit Court after open meetings law violations were alleged by District Attorney James Doyle Jr. The meeting will discuss low protein roughages feed additives and milk price issues.
