Minnesota protesters seize PCA office in farm foreclosure protest
About 15 Groundswell activists occupied the regional Production Credit Association office in Mankato on Dec 17 for seven hours chaining doors shut. After negotiations with Minnesota Attorney General Hubert H. Humphrey III and Agriculture Commissioner Jim Nichols, the group left at 2:20 p.m. No charges were filed.
