Water Quality Winners Demonstration Farm at Otter Creek

West Central Conservation Association officials highlight the Fordes 240 acre Otter Creek dairy as a demonstration project linked to the Lower Eau Claire River program funded at 1.3 million dollars to curb soil loss and non point pollution.
