FCS trims interest rates on some loans in Michigan
Farm Credit Services of St. Paul says long term mortgage rates will drop across the multi tiered structure with new rates effective December 1 and January 1. The move lowers the lowest rate for the lowest risk borrower to 9.75 percent and expands discounts across Tier I II and III. Borrowers need an updated financial statement and may choose from two year fixed five year fixed or variable rate packages. Special reductions apply to existing long term fixed rate loans with no penalties.
