Tibbetts Grange earns national recognition for service
Tibbetts Grange in the village of Tibbetts near Elkhorn Walworth County received fourth place in the national Community Service contest, the highest since 1961. Led by Lucy Nettesheim and Henry Schmitt the group runs SHARE a food aid project supplying nutrition to families via $12 units and volunteers delivering monthly leftovers donated to a local food pantry. A separate 4 H dairy meeting is set for December 4 in the Wausau courthouse annex to discuss fair judging and leadership training.
