Gina Haines of Neillsville was selected by Wisconsin State Fair clothing preview participants to interview for the National 4-H Congress fashion review in Chicago this November. She will compete with 11 Wisconsin 4-H members, model a gray classic suit, and share experiences with Clark County clothing members.
