Cheesemakers Invited to First United States Championship Cheese Contest
West central Wisconsin cheesemakers may enter the inaugural United States Championship Cheese Contest held with the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association 90th anniversary meeting in La Crosse November 3 to 5. Entry blanks are available from the Wisconsin association in Madison. President Stephan Bahl says the event celebrates the state group and invites U S cheesemakers to compete for the title, with foreign entries excluded except in the world contest biennially.
