Brakeman Charles Yineling Killed Near Uhrichsville
Charles Yineling a Pan Handle brakeman about 20 was killed Saturday near Uhrichsville while coupling cars. He was on the job six weeks and resided in Newcomerstown. The body was returned there Sunday evening.

Robert Ling of Denver Colorado, visiting his sister Mrs Lane Kirk, plans a few weeks stay in Cleveland. Ling with Misses Marie Kirk Allie Nelson and Maude Mohler spent Saturday gathering nuts on the Biggs farm south of Coshocton. Lemiel Bible called on friends in the vicinity Sunday.
Big Coal Combination Nears Coshocton Mines
Pittsburg parties lingering in town last week proposed acquiring Coshocton coal mines. The plan targets three Coshocton mines and 3000 acres leased to Coshocton Coal, plus Warte and Morgan Run properties, to boost a vast supply for the Pennsylvania company operating the Walbonding Valley line and the Cleveland Akron and Columbus railroads. A Sunday conference occurred but details remained unreleased.
