Missionary Women At Canton Meet For Womans Home Missionary Society
The annual meeting of the Womans Home Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal church gathered in Canton with delegates from East Ohio districts. The 30 year old society supports 19 schools for colored children and three for poor white children. It has undertaken a $5000 twentieth century offering, about $2500 already raised, and aims to increase membership 50 percent and offerings 33 percent.
