Other measures seek lower railway fares two cent fare bills and outlaw ticket scalping. Repeal and amendment of the inheritance tax are offered by multiple members. Jim Blaine Sfo Tow Horse Dies After Long Service
Jim Blaine, once the Gray horse at Hay Steel plant, died today at Charles Huff's farm south of town at age 27 after a long career. The firm bought him during Blain campaign in 1884 and he served steadily until last summer when he was retired.
