Rusk pleads guilty in assault cases in Elizabeth
Thomas I. Rusk of Elizabeth pleads guilty to assault and battery with intent to kill in two Fulton brothers cases settled in Circuit Court. He is fined 25 dollars in each case and sentenced to six months at the Penal Farm, suspended for good behavior.
