The Democratic Central Committee of Harrison County Indiana denounces Republican actions on vote buying and the 1899 repeal. It condemns corporate money in politics and pledges not to use money to influence voters in the upcoming November election. It urges citizens to join in stopping election buying and to elevate campaign standards.
A Sunday school celebration is planned at Reas Grove, forty four miles southwest of Corydon, on August 4. Rev. Toombs will deliver the opening address and will be joined by Rev. Moore Rev. A M Sappenfield and other speakers.
