Death of Jacob Feller in Scots township
Jacob Feller of Scots township died last Thursday the 12th from acute stomach trouble after a brief illness. He worked Monday prior to death and had prior stomach issues. He reportedly ate large amounts of green beans, and despite emetics, relief was not found. He was about 65, leaving a wife and several grown children, and was a brother of Gideon and Joseph Feller. Interment was Friday at Grafill burial ground.
