On the Ohio River near Brandenburg Kentucky Daniel Frakes 26 drowned in a skiff accident as a cover struck the wharfboat. Charley Frakes survived clinging to the boat. Daniel’s body found near Garys Landing 40 miles away swollen and unrecognizable. Burial at Mt Zion.
