CAPE CANAVERAL Fla AP two Polaris rockets launched from the submerged submarine Patrick Henry failed within three hours delaying the Navy plan to deploy the first combat ready Polaris submarine. The first rocket failed to ignite after surfacing and fell back into the ocean while the second ignited but went out of control and was destroyed by range safety.
