Shock Kills English Giraffe at Marwell Hall
Victor the 18 foot tall giraffe died from shock during a Royal Navy crafted lift at Marwell Park Zoo in England. The 15 year old animal had been unable to stand since Thursday after attempting to mate and was hoisted in a canvas sling to restore circulation.
