CIA official Sidney Gottlieb testified before a Senate subcommittee that members of President Nixon's traveling party were drugged on a 1971 trip to an unfriendly nation. Meals For Elderly Rise To 90 A Day

Corry seniors increasingly attend the local Senior Citizens Center with two nutrition programs operated by the Greater Erie Community Action Committee. Meals on Wheels homebound recipients have grown from about a dozen five years ago to 40 today, while the center serves nearly 50 meals daily. This month 16 new elderly joined the noon meals at the center. Plans include moving the center across the street and expanding luncheons. The group also organized a fall foliage tour of Smethport and Coudersport with 25 signed up.
