Harrisburg September 9 Judge John Fox of Dauphin county court ruled Stegmaier Brewing Co Wilkes Barre must pay the Pennsylvania capital stock tax amounting to 5820 and 1927 commissions arguing the law taxes all corporations brewing or distilling spirits or malted liquors enforcing the state tax on brewing houses.
