Gov Lawrence commutes four life sentences
Harrisburg AP reports Governor Lawrence commuted four life terms and granted pardons in a broad action. The board halted several cases, including Clay A. Landstile, and announced a November hearing for Thomas Evans. Other convicts received various sentence reductions. none are in prison.
