Big German dirigible nears Lakehurst as cars collide
Several injured in late Saturday crash three miles east of Ripley New York when Cy Glendenning of Weal Dover Ohio and George Ward of Corry Pennsylvania swerved to avoid a parked vehicle and struck head on. Glendenning and his wife were taken to Hartford hospital with the husband confined. Ward and relatives suffered serious injuries with Ward sidelined by a back injury.
