Foxhound Saves Master in Beaver Township Incident
Meadvill e October 12. Claire Walton son of Mr and Mrs Fred Walton of Beaver township was attacked by a foxhound while tied near a field. The animal leaped, knocked him down and trampled him until the sergeant captured it. Walton suffered broken bones and internal injuries but is reported improving after examination by a physician. Also noted, Tim Pettit and Ernest Roger were married yesterday by Rev J S Mackay of the Presbyterian church. They will reside in this community.

Franklin Home Burglary Reported in Mystery
A Franklin home on 215 West Part street was burglarized Tuesday evening. Entry appears to have been gained through a jammed front door with a rear doorway used to enter. Robbers rifled drawers and stole about $120 in cash while the family slept. No other items were recovered. Police are investigating the break in. the homeowners reported no injury and the wife and children were unaware of the incident.
