California visitors stay with Cuesta friends in El Monte
Mr and Mrs George Tinko host California guests Irene Tinko and John Yadovich of El Monte who graduated Corry Area High School in 1947 and hope to hear from former classmates. They will return home Saturday. Columbus Auxiliary plans Fall Festival card party November 8 at Moose Lodge with gift drive and tureen supper. Members urged to bring a gift at next meeting October 16. Auxiliary voted to buy a portable radio for firemen. Christmas party December 6 will include a gift exchange. Women’s Association program by Jerry and Sue Kolljesky and Thea Kester of Anchor House. Corry Area Council for Exceptional Children plans Fair Days70 Thursday and Friday at Bernice Waldorf’s home with bake sale crafts games clothing. Members urged to help set up. Relief Corps meets all day Thursday at the Union.

Out-of-town guests attended from Erie Buffalo Bradford Oil City New London and Niantic Conn. Honeymoon in Toronto followed by a reception at First United Methodist Church Union City.
