BUFFALO N Y AP opposition to the linking of the Hile and the Delaware Lackawanna Western Railroads deepened as a petition for details on freight business was denied by Interstate Commerce Commission official Hyman Blond on the third day of hearings. Nickel Plate could lose over half of the projected 7 million dollar revenue drop, with after five years 19 650 cars per year worth 3 528 000 dollars to Nickel Plate.
