Liberated Women Lose Job Extras at Bank of America

The move follows a similar lawsuit against Pacific Telephone Co. and contrasts with prior safety justifications for such programs. The state welfare commission requires suitable transportation for women evening workers, while the EEOC notes cab fare programs raise equality concerns.
