Acquitted of Second Charge In Fatal Wesley Accident
Whanruln Noy and the Besstuus Inlal of Park were acquitted Tuesday afternoon in Franklin. Bartholomew paragraph notes acquittal on the charge of failing to stop at an accident scene, and the first acquittal on involuntary manslaughter. Both charges related to the death of Hitsworth Hetrick near Wesley on September 8. The defendant was ordered to pay costs.
