Warren Girl Sues Railroad For Damages
Magdalena Brasington, 18, of Warren, sues the railroad in Common Pleas for 1500 dollars after an automobile collision with a freight engine June 46 of this year. She claims 1000 for herself and 400 for her father, alleging the engineer failed to warn of the train. Her injuries include the loss of a left foot and serious leg wounds. Attorney 1. H. Beahlin represents the plaintiff.
