Fire alarm error triggers early morning utilities pole crash
A snow burdened limb touched a power line causing an alarm to sound at 6:50 am. A car skidded on ice and hit a utility pole near West Smith street, near the new Corry Memorial Hospital. Damage ran into the hundreds of dollars. Authorities reported multiple minor incidents and weather concerns across the area.
