Three Erie men pled guilty in county court to assault and battery charges and will be sentenced November 30 at 10 am. David Little 19 Dennis Ruggles 20 and Julian Perry 20 of Erie were arrested September 15 by Corry State Police for aggravated assault after chasing two Meadville residents from a Waterford area restaurant and beating Walter Moody near Mill Village.
