Eight month old Tooloves Zaunegger, child of Mr and Mrs Wilfred Zaunegger of 528 Vans Street, died after tumbling from bed and being pinned against a wall while playing with a toy as the mother worked nearby. The incident occurred Thursday morning shortly before 10 p.m. and authorities reported the tragedy after the child could not be heard.

Miss Mary Virginia Turner, 28, a hospital nurse, attempted suicide from worry over her fiancé Captain Hurley Pettey’s death in Nicaragua. He was killed days before her graduation from Mt. Sinai Hospital. She later died from the self inflicted injury.
