Fineman sentenced to two years for obstruction in probe

400 Foot Plunge Kills Fireman in Pa.

A fire truck en route to a Gaines blaze plunged 400 feet after running a stop sign and brake failure. One firefighter Joel Swesey 28 died at the scene.
