Boston authorities recovered about 90 000 dollars of the Brink's robbery loot from a rooming house in Boston. Three men were arrested as suspects including Jordan Perry, 31, a Boston mason and ex convict, after money was passed and linked to the heist. Two others, Edward Bennett of Vermouth and John F Buccelli of Brookline, were detained as accomplices. FBI traced serial numbers and connected the recovered cash to the $1 209 000 Brink's haul, described as the largest cash robbery in U.S. criminal history. Continued on Page Eight.
The Committee for Economic Development urged a tax cut of about two billion dollars next January if the federal budget remains in deficit.
