Corry Country Club golfers defeated Randolph 42 to 30 in their inter-club opener on Saturday. Olean beat Bradford in a 14-0 rout as Paul Owens drove in four runs and Charlie Salmon added a three-RBI performance. Hamilton’s Hal Sweeny homered in the second game as Hornell slipped to third after a split with Wellsville. Other scores: Wellsville over Jamestown 14-4, Olean 8-3 Bradford, Hornell 4-2 Corning, Corning 1-0.
