New Program Lets Boaters Find Camp Sites in Pa Rivers
Pennsylvania Fish Commission approves a natural access program to reserve small land parcels along remote navigable streams for overnight camping. Mini-access areas will fit about 12 cars with minimal development while preserving the river’s natural character. Permits required before trips. potential sites include Casselman, Youghiogheny, Susquehanna branches, and Pine Creek.
