A North East tavern owner, Arthur P. Doyle Jr., 28, was arrested by state police on a charge of trafficking in lottery tickets after a numbers raid at Doyle's Tavern. He was arraigned before Justice Frank Abate Jr. and released on his own recognizance with a Feb 22 hearing scheduled.
