A 14 year old Kane youth was ordered held in the Smethport county Jail's juvenile section for a thorough probe of the fatal shooting of Sammy Davis also 14. Davis died instantly when Robert Nelson 14 shot him during a target shooting near Glenwood park. Nelson was on Christmas parole from George Junior Republic Grove City for a juvenile delinquency charge.
