Local authority seeks airport exemptions and school plan shifts
The Warren area joint board seeks state approval to exempt airport properties from tax rules while examining two to three new structures. A four year project delay could arise from December deadlines, with costs predicted at 50 000 to 60 000 for holdings and a tax rise likely for Warren and nearby districts. The Erie area reports license filings, real estate transfers, and a subdivision ordinance passing in Youngsville, plus weather and budget notes.
