City Council granted permission to cut the curb on North Center and Park Place to serve the site. Kendall Refining Co. may request access from Washington and Center streets at a busy intersection. Dr. Natty Gillette, on behalf of the corner property owner, asked for curb cuts along Center and Park Place. Construction will begin after the dwelling is removed, pending permit approval. Mayor Miller sought delay but Council acted unanimously to approve the curb cuts, setting a Van Vleet precedent on South Street.
