Oil City Subscribers Challenge Mausoleum Plan in Court
In Oil City on August 17, subscribers to a Keystone Mausoleum Company project, which began in the city about a year ago, refuse to pay subscriptions and sue. They argue the plans were changed without subscriber consent and seek to void contracts, alleging misrepresentation and improper construction details. The cases, appealed to a higher court, carry high public interest in the community mausoleum project.
