Jealousy Tragedy Strikes Scranton Man Shoots Wife
In Scranton on August 14 Frank Thorly aged 28 shot Mrs Hello Sweet aged 19 at her home with Mrs Sweet's husband present. Thorly then shot himself dying instantly. Mrs Sweet was wounded in the chin and back but not fatally. The motive cited jealousy amid threats over a planned ride with another man.
