Murion G. Tripp, 20, of Spring Creek Pa, cleared by State Police in the Ripley grade crossing crash that killed Martha McDonald 43, mother of twelve. Tripp said he did not hear the train whistle and leaped from the car as the locomotive struck the vehicle, injuring his sister Elsie Tripp McDonald 21 and her 14 month old son.
